Week 15 Game Notes

Panthers: Ameer Abdullah had one fewer touch than Chuba Hubbard, but more than 3x’d him in fantasy points

- The Panthers still have two games against the Bucs, where the offensive game plan will be pass heavy to say the least

Bills: Gabriel Davis has scored in 3 straight games (he had 2 TD catches this season prior)

- 4 TDs on 19 targets over the past 3 weeks

- 5 catches in consecutive games (0 such games this season prior)

Cardinals: Kyler Murray has 1 TD passes on 90 attempts over the past 2 weeks. Through 13 weeks, Murray led the NFL with a TD on 7% of his passes.

- Why can assuming game script be a problem? The 13-point favorite Cardinals had 3 RB Rush attempts in the first half … they trailed 17-0 at the half

Lions: If you extend Amon-Ra St. Brown’s past 3 games for an entire season: 156 catches, 198 targets, 1411 yards and 11 TD catches

- He had a 42.3% target share against the Cardinals

Jets: For the 7th time in his 10 games this season, SACK Wilson failed to throw a TD pass

- No NYJ skill player had more than 50 total yards (4 Dolphins got there).

Dolphins: On a week where the Dolphins pass game was popular (streaming in a goofy week and in DFS), Duke Johnson gets his second rushing touchdown in the past 720 days.

Cowboys: Dalton Schultz has at least 7 targets in 3 of his past 5 games

- This was his 8th game with at least 10.5 DK fantasy points

Giants: 4 straight games with at least 17 touches for Saquon Barkley

- He has 3+ catches in every game since returning … but doesn’t have a game with 65 rushing yards over that stretch

Titans: D’Onta Foreman has 20+ touches or a score in 3 straight games

- The commitment to the ground game is here to stay … three of Tennessee’s top scoring players in Week 15 were running backs

Steelers: Najee Harris has under 15 receiving yards in 3 of his past 4 games

- He was held to a season low 1.5 yards per carry, but it was his 4th time in 5 games being held under 3.5 yards per carry

Texans: Brandin Cooks had a pair of TD catches … making December his first MONTH this season with multiple TD receptions

- He was the only Texan with more than 4 targets

Jaguars: At least 5 targets in 4 straight games for Laquon Treadwell

- He’s gone over 50 receiving yards in all 4 of those games, but in this offense … value is limited: he still hasn’t scored this season

Packers: 7 straight games with under 60 rushing yards for Aaron Jones

- Marquez Valdes-Scantling has at least 7 targets in 3 of his past 4 games

Ravens: Mark Andrews has scored or seen 10+ targets in 8 of his past 10 games

- Marquise Brown caught a season high 10 passes … and was somehow still held under 60 receiving yards for a 5th straight game

Bengals: Tyler Boyd has seen at least 5 targets in 4 of 5 games since the Week 10 bye and has been good for over 80 receiving yards in 2 of his past 3

- Ja’Marr Chase scored 21.2 PPR points in the 4th quarter last week vs SF. In his most recent 7 quarters, not including that outlier … 5.4 points

Broncos: Melvin Gordon is a starter in name only. He got the first 3 carries. After that first series, Javonte Williams out-touched him 19-13 and out-gained him 81-49

Falcons: Has the Cordarrelle Patterson thing run its course? Under 14 fantasy points in 3 straight games

- In those 3 games, he has a total of 24 receiving yards

- In the past 2 games: 2.8 yards per carry

49ers: 5 straight games for WR Deebo Samuel with a rush TD

- 3rd season ever in which a player has had 1,000 receiving yards, 5 TD catches and 7 TD runs (others: Marshall Faulk and Roger Craig)
