Tee Higgins looks like a go, but, I just checked and Jake Browning (King of the Bounce Pass) is still the Bengals QBs. He may get there with a few 5-yard slants, sure, but I was happy to see the sims agreed with my first thought that Browning + an non-100% Higgins + a Top 10 Jags Pass D is an under I want to play.

Week 13 Team By Team Notes
DEN: Javonte Williams held a strong lead role ... he just didn't do a ton with it. I still think he is a RB2 moving forward as DEN tries to shorten games.
HOU: Nico Collins looked like an alpha target earner with Tank Dell injured and that could well be the case moving forward. Noah Brown got shut out, but with the targets becoming available, better days should be ahead.
AZ: Hollywood got dinged up and exactly no one stepped up. Michael Wilson (when he returns), Greg Dortch and Rondale Moore are all WRs who could flash in any given week, but you're doing nothing more than throwing darts if you're counting on any one of them in a given week.
PIT: Najee Harris held the lead role in this backfield, but in an offense that doesn't generate a ton of scoring chances (they scored 10 points against the Cardinals), the floor is scarier than the ceiling is encouraging.
CAR: A 38.5% target share for Jonathan Mingo is certainly something. Or it's nothing. It's probably nothing. This team has struggled to sustain a single viable fantasy WR of late and I don't think a rookie-to-rookie connection is the answer.
TB: Mike Evans goes over 1,000 yards for the 10th straight season, but Rachaad White was the one leaving us wanting more ... he pulled up on a big carry late in the game, leaving fantasy points on the board. SHAME.
CLE: A bad mistake late, but Joe Flacco looked as good as any Brown QB from the first three months this season. Low bar to clear? Yea, but maybe this offense can sustain a viable WR. That's Amari Cooper if healthy, if not, Joe Cool pretty clearly liked throwing the ball to Elijah Moore. Keep an eye on Cooper's status -- Moore is at least worth a stash if we lack clarity on Cleveland's WR1.
LAR: Nacua and Kupp both get home! It kinda feels like this is a two-of-three situation between the two WRs and Kyren WIlliams. This game wasn't bad for any of them, but I'm not betting on that being the norm.
SF: Good to see Deebo have the big day, but the usage is still a concern when it comes to sustainability. Brandon Aiyuk has proven to be the better target earner and I'll continue to have it ranked that way coming down the stretch.
PHI: D'Andre Swift's value is a serious question. As Hurts' health trends up, Swift is used less in the pass game and with Dallas Goedert (theoretically) likely to return this week, volume is going to be even more difficult for Swift to come by. Combine that with annoying Kenneth Gainwell snaps and we could be looking let down over the final month.
IND: Gardner Minshew is far from perfect, but he has funneled over 32% of his targets to Michael Pittman in 5 straight games and that willingness to force feed a top talent keeps him on the radar for QB streamers. He gets the Bengals on short rest next week ... Falcons and Raiders during fantasy championships in Weeks 16-17.
TEN: The injury to Derrick Henry opens up the path for Tyjae Spears to truly impact how season long leagues are determined. We are waiting on the status of The Big Dog, but should he sit, it's not crazy to consider the rookie a fine RB2 in Miami next Monday night.
LAC: Is Ekeler washing? His longest run was 4 yards in this game and he only totaled 9 receiving yards (dropped one of his three targets). There's not much you can do at this point, but counting on him to carry your fantasy team to a title isn't a great spot to be.
NE: The Rhamondre Steven injury obviously gets 'Zeke more touches and he deserves to be rostered. Elliott isn't the pass catcher that Stevenson is and that should allow our guy Super Demario to continue to be ueable in PPR formats once he returns from concussion (hoping this week).
DET: Not worried at all about Amon-Ra St. Brown's 2-catch game and it was nice to see Sam LaPorta give us a big day. The volume in the backfield is trending back in the favor of Montgomery -- he punched in a short TD after a big Gibbs carry put them in scoring position.
NO: Taysom Hill continues to be a cheat code at the TE position and I see no reason why that would change. Any Derek Carr injury opens up access to an elite ceiling for Chris Olave, though the floor with Winston under center is obviously a concern.
ATL: Bijan's usage continues to get it done. Outside of him, there's not a soul on this team I'm putting near fantasy lineups. Yea, Kyle Pitts earned a 32% target share this week, but does it sustain? And more importantly, even with that usage, he failed to reach double digit fantasy points.
NYJ: Breece Hall had a 9-yard carry ... his other 12 carries picked up 7 yards. He caught 6 balls to get you there, but there's no denying the downside that comes with banking on this offense and that is going to continue to be the case. You're playing Hall weekly, but understand the risk that is involved.
MIA: Tyreek Hill is inevitable most weeks, but perimeter WRs against the Commanders are as good as gold. After the bye, Washington plays the Rams, Jets and 49ers to round out the fantasy season. You've been warned.
WAS: The fact that we can't count on this offense to stabilize the value of Terry McLaurin is exactly why I'm not reading into Curtis Samuel's 13 catches on 17 targets for 165 yards over the past two weeks. He's not going to be a guy you're comfortable starting with all the chips in the middle of the table -- nor should he be.
