“Sources” tell me Webb may not be completely healthy. This is all conjecture, mind you, but it seems suspicious he didn’t come back for any tune up before trying to win THE PLAYERS. Reminds me a lot of Brooks at Augusta last year. A trap I fell for. I could be way off and Webb may be great, but the prudent move is loading up against him. It’s worth noting that most major sports books don’t have Webb listed in any head-to-head matchups or as a part of the make/miss cut props. You really need to dig to find them. Plus, he’s ANDERCURSED!!!!!!

WEATHER
It’s gonna be cold and rainy. Even worse than it looked yesterday. This will likely cause delays in play and likely Lift, Clean, and Place potenitally, which would put an even great emphasis on fairway finders. I did LOL at the 44mph wind gusts on Saturday morning, though.
Who knows if that holds up come Saturday morning, but there’s a chance the weather pushes the conclusion of the second round until the morning on Saturday. Meaning, guys from the AM/PM way walk into the worst of the weather while trying to make the cut. It’s unlikely this will happen, but it’s definitely possible right now.
