What up?
First off, thanks for subscribing to the newsletter. This makes things so much easier to let you know what’s coming up on the show(s) and if there are any upcoming promos. As I forget to mention shit all the time on the show (and since literally no one ever checks the descriptions), I’m guessing this is easier.
Also, you’re gonna get basically the same email in a few days with similar promos, but I wanted to give the first 500 people to sign up first crack at the NEW Golf One and Done league before most hear about it. Like me, I’m guessing you’re probably already fucked in the giant one and done, so w’eve launched a Masters to British Open league if you want to get a fresh slate. It’s $100 for the league and there are only 1150 spots available, so it’s going to fill pretty quickly. You can join here (https://fantasygolfchampionships.shgn.com/) if you want to play.
Oh, The Masters (hello, friends) is coming up too. So insert obligatory 20% off Fantasy National plug here: https://www.fantasynational.com/mayo. I’m pretty fired up for he Masters btw. As of now, the plan is to drop the Research show on the Weekend (maybe the Friday before), then hit Bets, DraftKings, Final Picks/Live Chat to kick off the week. We’ll definitely be doing the LIVE CUT SWEAT show on Friday afternoon, no sure about round recaps, though. It’s a tough turn around time for those, with a limited shelf life, but you have interest, hit me up on Twitter and let me know if it’s something you wanna see.
Oh, I’m going to be doing $100 giveaways in exchange for Apple Pod reviews that week too. Or a bunch of $50 ones. I’ll decide the moment I remember and make up the rules then. That’s usually about three minutes into the show. If you’ve left one before, you should be fine, but leaving an updated one will make it easier to find. If you’ve never done it A) Give your head a shake, PAL B) Help us out. The Podcast reviews are what make the shows discoverable for new people much easier and bump us up the Podcast charts, so it’s very important to us. Do that here (http://bit.ly/PMEiTunes); it legit takes 20 seconds. Put your Twitter handle or email in the review at the end so I can contact you if you’ve won.
And yes, I’m excited to take the other side of this vs Geoff on Monday.
Not that I care either way, although I did find the whole situation pretty entertaining. It was some nice comic relief after getting my bets and DK lineups brutalized Friday morning. There are few things I enjoy more than the golf world dropping to their fainting couch collectively.
BASEBALL
BASEBALL IS BACK too. I know most of you, and I’ll include myself in that, don’t care about Baseball anymore. But if you do, and you’re playing DraftKings or betting on it, the FTN MLB Package is pretty sweet. The package is all year long and actually includes the optimizer and all the tools with the price, which is usually an extra add on once you get to the check out. That’s how they get ya. And the BONUS, code “MAYO” gets you 20% off, which takes the price from $249.99 to $199.99 for the season, making it less than most optimizers by themselves. That discount only lasts til April 4 btw. I think it drops from 20% to 10% after that date. If I have my math proper on this on it’s around $33/month if you get it right now for the entire baseball season.
I did an MLB show with David Jones & Kyle Murray about DraftKings MLB is you’re unfamiliar and wanna give it a go this year, or just get a visualization of the tools and how to use them, it’s all in the show. DJ and Kyle have been cleaning up on DK in MLB the past few years, so they actually have solid advice to give. Unlike me.
If you REALLY love Baseball, i suggest subscribing to “Fantasy Baseball Picks and Bets”. It’s a Mayo Media Network show that will run Monday-Saturday during the MLB season, and it’s designed for people who just want the info. The plan is to have it released at midnight the night before, making it available whenever you wake up in the morning, and to keep it to 15 minutes per show. Garion Thorne is going to be hosting three days a week. GARIONNNNNN!!! (I need to get that guy in studio soon to film the Custys). David Jones (Friday) and John Laghezza (Thursday) from FTN, and JT Hayes from Run Pure Sports (Monday) will be the other hosts during the week.
All the videos will be up on Mayo Media Network, but you can sub here for the audio version so they’re just on your phone by the time you wake up. Help us out and leave a rating/review on the Apple Podcast version too.

Prize Picks is sponsoring that show, so go make an account there if you haven’t already. It’s shockingly a lot of fun. Meaney has been crushing the NHL version of Prize Picks, and most sports are up there. Basically, it’s just over/under on Fantasy Point Props. Super Simple.
It’s not available in every state or outside North America as of yet, but you should give it a try. Our link is here (https://bit.ly/PPMMNMLB) and if you use CODE “MMNMLB” they’ll match up to $100 on your first deposit. The gang on the baseball show is going to give their Prize Pick of the day for baseball, so if nothing else, it’s pretty low stakes to play along.
I actually think the golf on Prize Picks is super beatable as an FYI. Check it out. If you have a good feel for an event you can multiple you buy in pretty quickly, and you get that up to $100 deposit match to play around with to get your feet wet.
Challenge: All Starts
IMPORTANT: A new season on the Challenge, Challenge: ALL STARS starts Thursday April 1. And of course, we have the Free Fantasy game to play in. Even if you’ve never played before or even know what the show is, it’s pretty fun. This season of the Challenge is the first exclusive to Paramount Plus streaming service as a head up. Join the league here (https://bit.ly/AllStarsFantPME)
Me and Rob McIntyre did a season and Fantasy Breakdown too.
If you didn’t know, Rob is the one who keeps track of the Custy Awards. He makes the categories and keeps track of the voting. I’d say give him a follow, because I really do love him, but he’s just a 24-year-old version of Cust and doesn’t realize it. So be prepared for that. The takes he has, just horrible.
Upcoming Content
Finally, thanks to everyone who voted in the Custy Awards (it didn’t see any of you “I VOTED” stickers populating social media btw. SAD). We’re going to be filming those this month at some point. Getting me, Paul, Geoff, and Garion do all get our schedules to match up is tough. Not so much with Cust, He’s available.
Also, We’re thinking about doing a call in version of Cust Corner if that’s something that interests you too. Let me know on that.
There’s NFL Draft and Oscars coverage on the way in April too. Plus, we’re starting a Gambling Movie Club and talking about said films on the show with different guests. I’ll probably grab Davis for the first one simply to TRIGGER 36% of the audience. The first movie on the list is Owning Mahowny, the 2003 Philip Seymour Hoffman joint if you want to get ahead of the game. There’s actually a 720 free version on YouTube if you wanna watch it for free. If not it’s probably on Prime, Netflix, or somehow has a dedicated 24/7 channel dedicated to it on Pluto TV. Google is your friend on this.
If you’re ever looking to binge content and you’ve run out. The Cust Corner only feed is operational. I’m still in the process of making it completely up to date, but the first 18 episodes are up there now.

And, ya, leave an Apple rating on that one too!
Hit me up if there’s something else you’d like to see in this newsletter going forward to make it better. I may start adding NEVER SEEN BEFORE footage from before and after the show if there’s anything good in there. Until then, though, I appreciate you taking the time to sign up and help us out.
Cheers
